Hello Outdoor Buddies,
05/04/13 -- Our love affair with this amazing outdoor playground is definitely contagious. Satisfying passions of this sort is what we do with every new post and page. Since my last letter, we’ve added thousands of new readers and posted hundreds of news items and photographs. We have also posted dozens of feature stories and numerous columns by some of the finest outdoor authors in the region including John Higley, Gary Lewis, Carrie Wilson, Kenny Priest and Don Webster. And watch for the debut of our newest columnist, Charlie Brown. Charlie will be writing about fishing S. Oregon’s famous salmon and steelhead rivers.

We have also added two photograph/information-packed destination pages, authored by Dane Johnson. One describes Southern Oregon’s great fishing and rafting playground, the world-famous Rogue River. The other is focused on Oregon’s Lost Creek Lake, a fishing and watersports destination for every outdoor lover’s bucket list.

During this time we’ve also had the pleasure of welcoming Sherri Meyer of Sherri Meyer Photography to our photo editing staff. She has launched our Sierra Nevada region photo gallery and is now supervising our photo contests.

Thanks to Sharon Waranius, our production and social media manager, our Facebook page has been updated constantly bringing with it a growing list of “likes” and many active friends who are recommending MyOutdoorBuddy to thousands of their friends.
