As much as I dislike summer weather in the late fall and winter, the Sacramento River steelhead and resident rainbows don't seem to mind at all.  Flows are nearing the 5,000 cfs mark and the boards at Lake Redding are almost pulled.  This will drop the water above Caldwell Park and that area will see some moveent again.  Down River...
