McCloud Reservoir is fishing very good right now. Its not hard to limit out, simply trolling a Sep's dodger and a Seps 2-inch grub will do the trick. I did a combo trip with Conner and my Dad yesterday, we fished for some Bass at Trout Lake in the morning, then hit the Klamath River in the after noon for some Steely/Trout. The Klamath River (Hatchery to the Klamathon bridge section) has been fishing pretty good the last couple of weeks as hungry Steely/Trout have been gorging themselves on Goldenstones and Salmonflies.
