Fishing on the upper Klamath has been good the last three days, but cold. Early morning temperatures have averaged 20 degrees, the last few mornings, but have risen into the mid 40's by noon. The temperature starts to drops rapidly back down after 3pm and it has been getting dark shortly after 5pm. We are currently in a full moon phase....
