Would you believe it stopped raining on the morning Fish & Game arrived with the little fish that went in the net pens? It was definitely freezing with a wind that chilled you to the bone. That didn't dampen the spirits of the many volunteers that showed up to help transport the little fish by bucket into their new homes....
