Devil’s Garden wild horses available to TIP trainers

Wild horses gathered last fall from the Modoc National Forest’s Devil’s Garden Plateau Wild Horse Territory will be made available through the Mustang Heritage Foundation’s Trainer Incentive Program or TIP.
