It has been fabulous Steelhead fishing the past 10 days leading into Turkey day on the Klamath river.

Double digit days have been the norm, while fishing multiple methods. Egg and stone patterns under the indicator has been the number one method, while casting and pulling plugs has done pretty good as well.

The Steelhead have been ranging in size from 16 to 26 inches and nearing 8 pounds. The weather has been mostly dry and cold (20 to 45 degrees) with a mix of blue and cloudy skies.
