There is a new fishing reel service, sales, and repair shop that has opened for business in Redding, Ca. Its called "The Reel Deal". Adam Milzarek is the store owner and he has a solid, and lengthily background in the fishing reel sales/service/repair business. I've met with Adam a few times over the past two weeks and have a feel for his business and how it will fit in our area. I'm excited to have such a resource here locally and apparently, I'm not the only one. Since opening his doors a few weeks ago, he's captured the attention of many local and north state anglers and fishing guides alike. The Reel Deal is taking off and is well on its way to being a permanent fixture here in Redding. Adam has explained that he will be offering rods, reels, tackle, and other fishing related products.

The Reel Deal is destined to be a social hang out for local fisherman. There will be hot coffee, perhaps fishing videos, and a warm and friendly fishing environment for all to enjoy. Adam is working with local fishing guides to get the best local information available to determine what direction to take in order to fill the local fishing product voids. He is also planning on hosting fishing seminars from local fishing guides in an attempt to draw more attention to our local fisheries and to help new anglers get the information they need to be successful on the water.

Not only will he be selling new inventory, but he also has acquired a solid inventory of used fishing items as well. He's making deals with his customers and has weekly specials and promotions going on as well. I've seen him take trades and cash offers for items, and store credit for items you bring in that he wants or needs is also an option! This is not your local "box store" folks, this is the Reel Deal!
