Today we fished Shasta Lake for salmon and trout. We only got a few small salmon, but plenty of rainbows for the two boats. The relentless rains shortened out trips, but we still loaded up on plenty of nice rainbow trout before heading in for the day. I'm hoping today was the last of the rains for the spring, but we'll see. Fishing on Shasta is good, so now is the time to book your summer salmon and trout fishing on Shasta Lake. Thank you!
