The twin tunnel WaterFix project has died at least twice but it has re-emerged once more. The Delta Stewardship Council is about to vote to approve adding the proposed WaterFix conveyance plan into the updated Delta Plan. That will keep the project alive but In doing so, they are completely ignoring their legal mandate to protect the Delta and the fish but that does not seem to matter to them.

We need to strongly oppose this action. If the tunnels are completed, there will be severe damage to the salmon runs and likely extinctions.
